Whoever says seven times after performing the morning prayer, upon rising: “There is no strength except in clinging to Allah; neither a solution nor a trick will help. There is no escape from Allah, nor any refuge from Him. Salvation and refuge are only in relying on Him and seeking His help,” seventy kinds of calamities will be averted from him.
