Tasbih Prayer
Tasbih prayer is a recommended (mustahab) prayer that is advised to be performed at least once in a lifetime. Because it is a long prayer, it is usually performed in congregation in mosques on holy days. However, those who wish can also perform the Tasbih prayer alone. The Tasbih prayer consists of 4 rak'ahs and involves reciting the tasbih "Subhanallahi walhamdulillah wa la ilaha illallahu wallahu akbar" 300 times.
Hadith
“O my uncle! If you are able, perform this prayer once every day. If you are unable to do so, then try to perform it once every Friday. If you cannot do even that, then try to perform it once every year. If you cannot do even that, then at least perform it once in your lifetime.”
